Would you like to join the BEN board?

Currently BEN has six directors; we’re looking to expand the board by another 3 directors. We’re particularly looking for people with skills and experience in community outreach and engagement, fundraising and communications. The position would be suitable for someone who can commit to quarterly board meetings as well as taking part in the running of the organisation in between times via email and phone. An interest in the environment and energy is important, but it is not essential to have a background in this field. We’d welcome people who can bring in a fresh perspective from outside of the energy sector to help us build a diverse and inclusive energy movement. Previous board experience is not necessary.
