Warm Homes Advice and Money (WHAM)
The WHAM project offers help and advice to people who are struggling with their energy bills.
This includes the new support that the government has put in place to ensure that people who are self-isolating but struggling to meet their bills payments still have an energy supply.

Bristol City Council helpline
A dedicated telephone hotline has been launched in Bristol to help the city’s most vulnerable citizens during the coronavirus pandemic.
The We Are Bristol support phone number is 0117 352 3011.
It will be open 8.30am-5pm, Monday to Friday for anyone with a wide range of needs, including obtaining food supplies, other essential items and medication. They can also help arrange follow-up support with different organisations.

Power cuts and supply
Western Power Distribution who supply all the power to us here in the South West have made a few changes to their business to prioritise maintaining supplies to where they are needed most. In the event of a power cut, they can be contacted 24/7 on the Power Cut reporter app or by phoning 105.
