CSE, in partnership with TLT LLP, is running a free one-day surgery for community groups, which aims to get them ready to make an application to the Rural Community Energy Fund.

The event will be structured into a series of surgeries covering topics such as:
- Renewable energy (pre-feasibility)
- Legal support
- Financial advice (project finance considerations etc)
- Running a community consultation
- Setting up a community ESCo
Relevant professionals will lead each surgery including financial advice from Triodos bank, legal advice from TLT LLP, technical advice from DNV GL (formerly Garrad Hassan), and application advice from WRAP, who administer the fund.
There are places available for two members from up to 16 groups. CSE expect demand to be high so please apply for your places as quickly as possible.
