7:00 pm: AGM formalities: electing officers, accounts questions
7:15 pm: welcome others for following sessions
7:30 pm: Cllr Gus Hoyt (green), member of Bristol mayor’s cabinet. Outline of 4 main themes of his work: Food, Energy, Equality and Local Decision Making (eg neighbourhood partnerships and real consultations), then some more detail on food and energy.
8:15 pm: two parallel sessions, join either or move between: each will plan next actions
– taking forward the Bristol food plan, with Bristol Food Network
– being part of Bristol’s developing community energy strategy, with Bristol Energy Network; and campaigning for a better energy bill (it’s going through parliament this Spring)
9:00 pm: social/network in bar downstairs
