Energy bills going up? Confused about your options? Join in with Bristol Switch & Save and we’ll get a better deal together!
Bristol Switch & Save is a new not-for-profit collective buying scheme helping Bristol householders to save money on their electricity and gas bills. By joining together and negotiating as a group, we aim to get a better deal from the energy market on your behalf.
Most people could save money on their electricity and gas bills by switching tariff or supplier but the majority of us don’t get round to it, put off by the hassle and the confusing number of options available. Bristol Switch & Save aims to get as many Bristol residents as possible onto a better energy deal, and to take the hassle out of the switching process – we’ll talk to all the energy companies, get a good deal, and even get the switch sorted out with your supplier.
Any household or small business on a domestic tariff could benefit – and the more people who join in, the better deal we’re likely to get for Bristol, so please tell your friends and family!
We’ll also be looking to provide a green energy choice and payment options which boost the local economy through the Bristol Pound.
If this sounds good, please register your interest (with no obligation) by 22 March!
The scheme is run by a not-for-profit partnership between the Centre for Sustainable Energy, Bristol City Council, Bristol Credit Union and the Bristol Pound.
It’s quick and easy to join in – visit www.bristolswitchandsave.org.uk or call freephone 0800 082 2234 by 22 March. There is absolutely no obligation at this stage – so there’s nothing to lose by joining in.
When we’ve negotiated a collective deal for Bristol we will contact you again to let you know how much you could save. You only accept the offer if it works for you. Our specialist switching partner, energyhelpline, will manage the switching process with the chosen energy company.
