On 16th and 17th April 2011, Easton Energy Group and the Bristol Energy Network supported the Easton/Eastville 'Under The Motorway' community project to spruce up the space beneath the M32 flyover, near to IKEA / Tesco.

This first stage which happened on the above dates was to paint the old concrete supporting pillars for the motorway in a nice new colour schme. I think you'll agree the difference this has made is already substantial. The project is ongoing, so please contact Simon or the BEN if you want to get involved.
The EEG and BEN supported the project by providing sustainably generated music via a bicycle powered sound system which is shared with the Bristol University Sustainability Team (BUST) and Ecojam.
The event was fun and productive for all involved!
