In Great Big Green Week, a national week of climate action in September, Easton Jamia Mosque held a number of activities and released a booklet titled “A Muslim’s Guide to Climate Change” to highlight links between Islamic teachings and the responsibility to take action to reduce carbon emissions and protect our environment.
This booklet is a reproduction of an original publication by Kamran Shahzad of Sultan Bahu Trust UK – all Islamic quotes and context have been approved by the trust and agreed by scholars.
This is a brilliant document, which you can read here.
